I have 82’ 40 with all the smog intact. She starts great and idles fine but about 10-15 minutes into a drive (almost like when it reaches temp) it starts to buck and lose power. If I shut it off when it’s doing this, it’s very difficult to restart. Originally I thought it could be fuel delivery, but after changing the fuel pump, filter and the carburetor it still acts the same? Any suggestions, timing, egr, value adjustment? I’m at a loss and figured I would reach out for assistance………..

Which is sorta opposite what one would expect
I bet there's a bunch of bi-metalic and temp related vacuum switching things on your engine. I hate those things. But i wonder if one of those could be sticking closed or open and affecting manifold vacuum.
I might put a vacuum gauge on it
