Rarely used off-road. Originally a mall Cruiser. I am the third owner.

I had plans to use the FJ40 for off-road use, but keep it street legal. I have rarely driven it since I obtained the vehicle in 2002. My 2.5 year-old does not allow me the time to keep up with the project due to both time and money constraints, so I am givng it up.

Will be putting it up on eBay soon, but wanted to give Mudders and Pirates first shot.

interested in another Subaru Impreza Outback, 1997?

No thanks.

this runs, inspected, on the road? daily drivable, or does the body work need to be done to be dailied? how are the floors?

The vehicle runs fine, does not have a current inspection, but passed mechanical two years ago when i registered it. It can be driven every day.

The rust is not so bad that you cannot drive it every day. Mostly an eye sore and will only get worse without some help. The floors are okay. There are some fiberglass and sheet metal patches here and there to keep the water out.
