If your bidding on this truck do your homework and google the seller "King Of Cars LLC" in Woodbury NJ and check out his Google Reviews. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with this truck but his history on Ebay makes for very interesting reading.

Funny you mentioned this ad because I e-mailed the seller about the different colors on the exterior of the truck. To me it looks as if the top part was a respray and perhaps all of the exterior was a respray at different times. The interior color does not match the exterior. The seller responded saying he did not know which gave me concern because he should know.

A lot of little flags in the pictures. I can't believe what the price is at, crazy people. For that money the truck should be perfect.

Didn't feel the need after reading all the negative google reviews about his dealership, they mention eBay and the fact that he convinced them to buy outside of eBay were they have no recourse. I hat to see anyone get screwed. I was just giving people a heads up and letting them know they might want to do more research before bidding. i am not saying there anything wrong with this truck just do your homework. He also closed his eBay account and reopened it under a different name. My business has been selling on eBay for 15 years and never had the need to change my name.

My quick search provided the following....there are a lot more, but here are a few. I couldn't link the google review so I have copied and pasted. Hope that helps.

Yelp Review:

"Shady dealership with shiesty employees who lie and find excuses as to why things are not happening. During my business transaction they failed to follow the agreement and attempted to back out of the deal when purchasing my truck. Held my vehicle in limbo for 2.5 weeks. They need to go out of business. They are rude and arrogant.dont buy from here unless you simply want a polished turd."

"Be VERY VERY careful if you are considering a purchase from this place. I recently purchased a "Collector Quailty, rust free time capsule" Bronco from this guy on eBay. The damage to the truck was cleverly disguised by sand blasting and painting the perimeter of the frame so you could not see the damage. Someone went through a great deal of trouble to hide the rust both for pictures and for a quick inspection. Once I got the truck home and climbed underneath it, (it wouldn't run right...) I discovered that there was a great deal of rust. I also quickly found out that the air conditioner only worked for a few minutes and then died, and the front differential was completely shot. (Truck has 44,000 miles on it.) I had to replace a cylinder head because of rust, I will have to totally rebuild the front differential, and getting the rust off of the frame will take many many hours of work. The body of this truck looks fantastic! Although I'm not at all convinced that there has been no paint work as he listed in his description. Basically, everything he listed in the auction was a total misrepresentation of what the vehicle truly was. When I left him negative feedback on eBay, he was able to get it removed within hours. Apparently he spends a good deal of money on eBay. I'm sure some of his vehicles are decent, and some day this Bronco will be the truck he listed, but it will take many hours of work and several thousands of dollars to get it that way. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this guy, check it out thoroughly before you do. Drive it. Get it out on the highway. Put it in four wheel drive if it has it. Try the A/C, the power windows, locks, cruise, etc. he is VERY good at hiding serious problems! His detail guy is an artist and probably the only decent person in the place. Do yourself a favor and walk away from this guy. Spend your money someplace else.

UPDATE... eBay finally got tired of this guys crooked ways and cancelled his account. However, as I expected, he's got another account on eBay and he's still ripping people off right and left. The name on his new account is kingdevelopment. Be very careful when dealing with this guy. He doesn't know how to tell one word of truth. Every one of his ads say the same thing. He merely changes the miles, the price, and the options. Every car and truck is pristine, a time capsule, perfect in every way, serviced regularly, never smoked in, cleanest one you will find, etc. etc.
This guy is the epitome of the used car salesman! A total schmuck."

"Bought a car that was advertised "mint condition, rust free, garage kept" when I received it found a rust bucket that was covered up with a blanket under the carpet, needed a floor. Wiring was destroyed by the morons, claimed a new carb was installed but was old a looked like it was beat with a chisel inside. To many other things wrong to list with a 100 pictures, finally got 5000,00 out of them to keep quite but now I've put 10,000.00 into it, not going to be quite anymore, don't trust these used car salesmen Lee and Zach they lie as the day is long !!!"

"Absolutely atrocious! I bid on and won a 1969 Chevelle SS on eBay. Immediately contacted the seller. Put the 500$ deposit down. Zachary and I discussed the fact that I lived within two hours and I could bring the check with me when I picked the vehicle up. This was a Sunday night at 10:00 PM. The forecast called for a large snow storm Monday night into Tuesday in which we ended up getting about 16" of snow. All week I had dialog with Zachary. We finalized on Friday pick up. (5 days after winning the auction) After getting a loan, arranging a hauler and obtaining insurance. At 5:00 PM on Thursday evening Zachary informed me his dad sold the car to someone else! What a dishonest, disgraceful thing to do! What happened to someone's word mattering? I'm speechless! I never post but if I can save someone else the stress and aggravation of doing business with this outfit it will be worth my time."

There were a few positive ones too, but these stood out as detailed and legitimate to me.

Bought an 05 Ford Excursion from Randy back in 2013. He assured me it was perfect, I paid TOP Dollar for this vehicle cash. Got the vehicle delivered here in VA, and while installing a Roof Rack on top of it, noticed that the roof was totally rusted-out! There is no way in God's green earth that he or any of his employees would have missed this. He completely dismissed me when I complained about buying a car billed as being "mint" that had a 1500 dollar paint job needed on the roof. Randy is a complete schiester, beware...look elsewhere."

Randy comes off as your best friend....watch out for this guy. Bought a car previously that had no issues. Just bought a second car from this guy and the transmission is shot. He knew it and never lead on....watch out for this guy and run for the hills..buy anywhere but from him. You have been warned"

Almost looks like the doors and top were off for about 10 years with the shade difference lol

It's relisted

Yep..see that now. How is he able to do this? It was a no reserve auction and it concluded with someone winning the bid at $41,100. How is he able to not sell the vehicle at the price of the highest bidder if it is a no reserve? I don't trade on eBay so I am not familiar with their rules. Can a seller simply decide not to sell it even if a bidder wins with highest bid?

Yeah I think so you'll just get a negative comment. I looked at a local near mint FJ55 down the road that the seller put on Ebay with a low reserve of $15,900. Seller said someone bought it within a few minutes making him wonder if it was too low. I saw it on craigslist and offered him the asking price but someone called and offered 2k more and I'm not getting into a bidding war. He posted it on craigslist the day after the auction ended and he sold it to the guy who offered 2k more.

Some 'winning' bids are overly optimistic about their ability to pay after they win, and the seller has to relist after the deal falls through.
