I've sold some items but most of it is still intact. I would sell the whole unit for $2,000.00 as is but would ask $800.00 additional for the wheels and tires. I bought this thing as a rolling chassis without the engine for $1,700.00. I've sold the Windshield, Softtop, dash switches, radiator, radiator support, dash pads, soft top, steering rod & box & Roll bar. I'd say around $2,000.00 in parts.

I'm taking a HUGE loss on this thing, have around $15-18,000 in it in parts. Sorry but I can't take any less. I have the title in my name and can be transferred upon payment.

The body is in good shape, all the major rust has been removed and replaced with sheet metal. Bud Built 1/4's were used to replace the original panels.

I actually dollied it from northern VA. to Kernersville, N.C. 5hrs and then from Kernersville to Mt. Airy, N.C. 1hr in the same state it's in now. I towed with a Tahoe but I'd recommend a truck to put misc. parts in the bed.

Alright as it sits right now it has the tranny and engine installed, 4" lift springs axles are installed, body is installed with all rust spots replaced. It needs the engine wiring spliced into the factory wiring but I have both and the factory wiring has been ran through. The engine will need fuel lines ran and the fuel pump wired - they are included and the fuel pump has been mounted. It will need the battery box and mounting, inner fenders completed because of the tube fenders. body assembly/kick vents/hood/ccot tailgate - I have these items. I have hard doors but they will need the bottoms & seals replaced. The tranny cover will need to be installed. Exhaust needs to be ran from the engine to the rear - materials are included. New breaks need to be installed on the front - have the calipers but the discs & pads will need to be purchased. Will need to complete the Dura Liner on the interior and mustard yellow paint - both are included. Will need to reinstall all the misc. items, glove box switched etc. - they are included.

Basically I have converted the engine and got everything installed Engine/Tranny/Driveshafts & ran through the entire setup including axles. I was 60% complete with the rebuild with the major items installed then got married and you know how that goes. House/Kid/other interest LOL.

It needs wiring and the final minor items installed but they will be time consuming. If you know a decent amount about LC's this should take (2) months and another month for body work and painting.

If you need any more information let me know, would be better to call my cell 1-336-399-4537. I'm not on Mud much anymore.

Elhefe,

Thank you for letting him know.

The pic in the build thread are as far as I had got with it. I've bought ALOT of aftermarket parts for this thing. I was setting it up as a wheeler but It can be easily made into a nice rig. It has a 95 4.3 chevy engine that has been completely reworked, Advanced Adapters conversion for the 4.3 installed with new clutch, the trans and transfer case has been ran through, it has a Downey VSS, the axles have been ran through and new seals have been installed on both. The front axle has the HD Marlin seals. the drive shafts have been cut to match the conversion with new joints installed, the rear axle has been flipped which lengthened the wheel spacing. It has a brand new 4" Hell creek lift kit which is installed. Custom sliders have been fabbed. It has a custom set of front headlights which include the turn signals in them and also includes alot of the finishing parts to complete the project. I have recipts for all the parts and will be loosing my tail on it.

The real reason I'm selling is I guaranteed my wife I'd sell it if she would allow me to by an F250. Since buying my house we have started a small farm and the truck is of more use. I have too many things in my life to continue the build. Its taking up space in my building and frankly I'm sad of looking at it knowing I'll never finish it. That's my BooHoo moment. It will be a good deal for anyone who knows about L.C.'s I'll get more pictures once I have time to move it from the building and I have alot more parts than listed above as well.

Anyone interested can come view it just give me a call 1-336-399-4537

Read thru your build thread. Great job!

The windshield, radiator, etc that you mentioned at the top of this thread were sold... Did they come off this cruiser or were they meant to replace parts in the cruiser that need to come out?

I think a few wide shots of the cruiser in its current state would help your sale. GLWS!

Additional Pictures

I was able to move the 40 out of the shed for additional pictures. They were taken lastnight so I will take some more this weekend to give a better idea.
