1977 CA underhood cooling fan?

Found this is my owner's manual, anyone ever seen one?

Quite a different location than the carb cooling fan. Up in front by the radiator on the driver's side.

yup, poser is right on the money one more time.......

seen a few of those fans but they're still had to come by if you need one.

the "nuclear reactor", now that's some of toyotas' finest engineering ever. LOL :lol:
 
So what does the thermal reactor look like? Tried looking at the diagrams on SOR without success.

Was able to search it on their site and it pulled up the diagrams for the exhaust manifold. Including CA specific, but wasn't able to isolate/locate it.

No don't need one. Just have never seen that before. Seemed like a strange hoop that had to be jumped through for the smog police.
