In calling attention to that advertisement is it your hope that a Mud member purchase this vehicle?

I don't want to speak for @luvdamud but I think the overall idea is to create a database of sales offerings to help interested parties get a grasp on market characteristics and thus volatility, in an effort to educate and inform a full spectrum of folks (clueless buyers/sellers and seasoned enthusiasts alike). My only suggestion would be to require a screenshot of the advertisement in the posting, to serve as a record when the link expires or the auction ends, etc.

Like others who post here, I'm just trying to provide visibility to what's listed. Somebody may find the rig of interest.

Here's a pic, as suggested by @SEAWOLF

Nice Cj5. I unlike a lot of cruiser guys also like old CJ's. I've had a few myself. And yeah a good hearty divorce could buy several good cruisers. Ask me how I know.

Thanks! Way too much money thrown at it. But it's finally done. Or near done. If any vehicle is ever really 'done'....

I love all the old junk. It's got soul. Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Jeep, Willys, Toyota, VW bugs, old tractors: Love it all. I hang out on this forum because I can glean a lot of information from the members.

I've owned a 1993 Harley FLHS since new, so I know about all the brand fanatics.... Nothing wrong with my HD, it's what I wanted at the time. But I've also had Triumphs (650 Boneville), Honda's (trail 90), Yamaha's (YZF 600), and a BMW (R75/5). Like the CJ, I have, the Harley will be with me until I die. But I would never deny there are other choices out there, either in vehicles or motorcycles. Or refuse to accept them.

Yeah, and I don't even want to think about what a divorce settlement would cost me...

Happy Holidays!
