SOLD - 1976 FJ40 For Sale - CB, CO

SOLD - Thanks for your interest.

1976 FJ40 for sale. Runs amazing, well maintained & needs some work here & there. A great driver & off-roader. Mostly stock. 2F runs fantastic.

Cosmetically not great but mechanically really nice.

No top & no doors! This Cruiser is set up for a Bestop Soft Top with a custom tailgate installed. A new one costs around $650 or so, and with that this girl will be warm on the inside!

To a good home only!!

Located in Gunnison County, Colorado

$3000.00

I invite any comments, etc. I'm definitely interested in what people think.
I have to be out of the country for a while and I don't want this old girl to just sit.

She needs a loving home.

Many Thanks!

Many people are asking about the roof/door top situation.

There is no hard top or hard doors. There is the Spectre bikini top in the photos and I do have the soft doors from an older Tiger top.

Would you consider coming down in price so I can buy a new soft top? How is the heater?

Yeah, I would consider it. This rig actually had a Bestop on it and the tailgate is set up for that. It's a really nice custom tailgate set up to work with soft tops.

The heater is awesome and blasts really hot. Also, the coolant and thermostat, hoses, etc. are all new. You can see in one of the pics that I put a high quality brass ag valve in the engine bay as a heater on-off control.

Do you have the rear heater installed? I don't see that in the pics.
