It is 15 mm pin for the pre-1981 FJ40s.Does anyone know if they run a 15 mm diameter leaf spring pin on their 1960 to 1980 FJ40 Lesf spring pin (vs the 1981-1984 18 mm pin)? I called them and they didn't know.
Is that shock angle at full droop or at curb weight with the tires on?Installed this kit for a customer. No issues on the rear. The front lower shock mount though has a terrible angle. Is the front leaf spring pin offset/ if you flip the springs will it center the shock? I don't know if this helps, but from the top of the shock (lower) stud shown in your pic to bottom of steer stop is 3.5" or 3" ctr to ctr on my front axle 6/70 build.
