The VIN number indicates an "H" engine not a 3B. The "H" came out in about '73 or so. The 3B didn't come out till about 1980 or so.

If this is from Central America I'd check the frame carefully. I'm told by reliable sources that the frame often breaks because they use these to carry the coffee out of the mountains often loading the trucks with 2 or more tons at a time!

The rig was on EBAY 2 weeks ago. Had a reserve higher than $17,500 which was never met..Now it is here for 7999.00.

I would take a picture of the cash sitting on top of todays local Thousand Oaks newspaper and e-mail him the picture.
