Hi Guys,
Im back in town and this week I am going to build the under seat tool box for my FJ.
I have to make the tooling and I was wondering if anyone else needs to repair theirs or replace it.
Min e was toast when I redid my Drivers Floor. Let me know I and make parts of the box or the whole thing.

Someone's gonna hire you to make an outter front door skin for pre-'75. It totally be doable to fab the window frame, DIY, all you need is an inner structure/door card and hardware / reglulators which are kinda (used or non-OEM) available.

First of want to say awesome work. I always amazed at the skill of members on this site. While the seat box is definitely art, the welding table it is sitting one is art too. I have a piece of steel on a couple legs for a table.
Thanks The DXF files for the table are online.

I used to work for a fab shop that did hydroforming. I’ve often thought a tailgate and the rear lower doors could be made using that process.

I think it can be made with a few panels formed separately, then put together. Ill share what I come up with. Hydoforming requires some major tooling, I think.

Major equipment at a minimum. Small run firms can be made pretty easy.

Your work looks great by the way!
