1971 fj40 - Switch is located? (1 Viewer)

It has been 3 years on this rebuild and getting around to refurbishment of switches and other small parts. My memory alludes me... where does this part get mounted and what is it for? It was not originally connected. I have searched but not able to locate any images or replacement switches... Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Thnx and I agree, I am always hesitant to rid of any old or acquired parts. I have had 8 - 40s over the years and have started to duplicate parts with the one I'm redoing! And obviously some are not even for this model!
