I'm putting my 1971 fj40 back together and I noticed a nipple for a vaccuum line on the air breather that I don't remember removing(see pic below). I'm guessing it is no longer used after it was de-smogged, but can anyone put my mind at ease and let me know for sure? If it is unused, should I cap it off?
