SOLD 1970 FJ40 Engine/trans/tcase

As stated 1970 f engine with attached 3 speed transmission with top shift modification and 3 speed tcase.

I have no verified history.
Gentlemen I bought it from said he and a HS friend pulled it to put in a 350 and never finished the project. Based on his age and the fact it was in HS, probably pulled sometime between year 2000-2010. Was in tractor trailer until moved to my Dads barn in 2019.

He said it ran fine up to the day they pulled it.

Crank turns easily by hand. Good looking oil came out top of trans when tipped on side.

Looks complete, air cleaner to oil pan.
I have no need for it.
$150 and come get it out of my garage.

I need that carb for my first ever 40 ... if you're willing to ship. I could even buy the shipping label and email so all you have to do is box it up, then print and tape the label on.
