Ok he only sent me one picture and told me were he was and I told him that it was to far from me. I never look at the link he sent me till rustynailjustin said something. Early january 79's had tank under seat .
Are you posting this for somebody posting it for somebody else?

Late ‘78 early ‘79 was a transition year... but it would seem that this truck doesn’t fit the bill for being a ‘79
- aside from what @N919HJ pointed out, the e-brake handle should be mounted on the tranny hump
Reckon this guy or his stepfather has very limited knowledge concerning the ‘fj/jeep’ they found in a barn

I have a wanted lc ad on craig's list and he text me a picture of it and I asked where it was and he said atlanta georgia .I live in arkansas so I said I would pass on it I said you might be able to sale on here so I posted it for him with out looking at his post on craig list.

My wanted ad is in little rock arkansas craig's list so I guess he is really desperate to sale it if he is look all over Craig list .
