Looking for any input on issues of installing a brake booster in place of my current master cylinder. Current bolt pattern is triangular three bolt, and have a 3F engine to be installed.
Any ideas or advise?

I have been told to just use the FJ80 Non/abs brake master cylinder. I am in the same boat.

i probably should mention I would like to put disks all way around, hence the added need of assisted braking.

Wilwood offers a brake master cylinder that mounts on the inside of the firewall. It's called a reverse pedal assembly. I read somewhere it was available with a booster. May fit?

I believe that using the fj80 master cylinder still applies in this case. With the master cylinder being on the other side of the rib supports if you were to add a booster plus the master cylinder, it would possibly hit the carb. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

You can add an adapter for a dual brake cylinder

If you want to add a booster, there's a few threads in the 40 section where people have done it. I've done it on some South American trucks, but it always involves some fabrication on the firewall to fit the booster. I know a few have used an early Bronco style booster which angles it a bit to avoid the carb which can be a problem.

JT Outfitters makes a adapter from 3 bolt to four bolt. It will require some modification so that it clearances around the vertical support. I have it in my 68 with a mini truck master cylinder, no booster.
