For Sale 1969 FJ40

SOLD


Me and my dad bought this FJ40 not too long ago. We bought it to restore it and for something for me to do some work to. My dad has had a few surgeries on his back, and is in no shape to help me work on it right now. I have done a little to it, and now its time to sell this one.
This FJ40 is a great truck. Mostly stock with some minor modifications.
-Original F engine rebuilt with less than 100k
-Original 8274 Warn winch. Works great and I have the remote for it.
-Front disc brakes
-New Weber carb
-Dual battery tray holding 2 optima batteries
-4 inch Rough country lift kit
-Front bench seat in great condition
-Brand new mud terrains 32x11.50r15
This bullet-proof truck is very fun in the summer with the top and doors off. Original paint with some minor surface rust. Some rust repair complete and the rear quarter panels were cut by someone before us, so we welded them back in, as seen in the pictures. The frame and undercarriage are in great condition and are very clean. We drive this tough truck as it is, but it is a great candidate for someone to build or restore it. I am asking $6,999 for this great FJ40. I am Located near Sacramento, Ca

They look identical to the ones on my dad's FJ60, but i'm not sure. I'm heading out of town for the swap meet this weekend, but when i get back i will make sure. Thanks!

The wheels came with the Cruiser when i bought it. I have no idea what wheels they are.

I was talking to my dad, and we both agreed that we would consider a trade (and even add a little money) for a clean, ALL STOCK, low mileage FJ60 or FJ62. It also needs to pass CA smog.
