I am looking for an fj45 gas neck filler hose part. It connects the filler neck to the tank.
I haven’t been able to find one. The one in the picture is the replacement hose but it makes my cab smell like gas. The original one has a thicker center section in the inside of the hose that makes the fuel neck passage smooth the entire way down. The one I have gets gas stuck in the gap and is making it smell terrible. Thanks for your help!

I have some left over when I redid mine. I can send you a chunk! It’s generic Gates hose

We use the Fj60 hose and clamps and cut it to length.
I have several in stock

Is it straight hose, or does it have inner section that is convex to match the filler neck and gas tank neck? I have some straight hose but it’s leaving a gas smell.

It’s a straight hose. It’s a non-woven rubber that is compatible with ethanol. Yours looks like a woven-reinforced wrap ? Maybe it’s too stiff to seal?

You may have a standing seam on one or both of your metal pipes that will need to be filed smooth so that the hose can lay flat. I seem to recall having to do that on more than one tank install.😉
