I always get a lot out of these forums so I’m finally trying to give a little back. Here’s some pictures of the rust spots we tackled last year.

All in all we fixed rust under all doors on the fj and the repaired the steering wheel. I don’t have any good pictures of the after but it came out as good as I could have hoped for!

I’ve got videos but can’t see a way to post them.

Our process was cut out any rust then fill it in with 16 gauge sheet metal from tractor supply. I tig welded everything. Then bondo and paint.
