So I acquired this one today and trying to access what all I have. Lots of buddies asking about this so I figured I would start with some pics here. Short term, see if she runs. Long term? I can’t think that far ahead.

Welcome to the LV madness!

So that gives you an idea of what I have. I’m going to clean in out and check it all out a little better. Clam shell heater plus optional rear heat is nice. Oem jack and rods are in there. Headliner still attached and original white floor mat is pretty cool. I’m guessing this was a blue rig originally. Does the dash look like it was painted or is that original? I don’t recall Vader lights having paint on the cover. Check out the old school radio. Floor pans are super thin :( Oil in engine is super clean so anxious to spend a few days tinkering. Any thoughts or suggestions, fire away.

Looks really complete! And you have the cool “heater”! All the small hard to get bits look like they are there!! Get that back on the road!🤟and I love the original floor mat! That’s a rare item!!

1970 Superbird Roadrunner radio can stay too just because of the custom enclosure. 🤣

@wileycoyote - Congrats on finding another LV. The LV rot is pretty standard so don't feel too bad about the floors. There are plenty of the small (and rare) pieces on that LV to make it very interesting.

Early 63, clamshell denso heater! Still has a vader light, correct cateye right tail light, looks like a solid survivor that needs everything! Check the lv registry for the earliest vin # , this looks like a contender! I used to own the Second oldest at 13502?

While I haven't been in this LV game all that long, I would venture to say it's one of the cleanest, most complete, survivors, period correct LV's, I've seen. I'm willing to bet it's top 3 vin's....What would I do?.........Get er running, work on the mechanicals, throw some acorns on there, bring out the patena, and drive on. Enjoy it Chad.....BTW---I'm only 4 states away........LOL

It’s my twin! Mine was found in Montana as well by @3 puppies. Color must Montana Red!😜
Really cool find Chad! Looking forward to seeing you you do with it.
