Wanted 1962 fj45 parts needed

G'day everyone. I'm after either the doors or the Window regulators for these type of doors (or both if possible) as shownin pics for a 1962 fj45 in Australia. Also if possible a 3 speed column shift assembly to suit same vehicle. Cheers
