Nope. It's just filler neck hose from Napa. I should have made it alittle shorter, but once I slide it on there....it stuck

Bolted on more junk.

Those seats are cool. Newishness struts into old world, thumbs up. But I’m really digging that steering wheel.

Some mad rattle can skills!! Great build! Just shows you don’t need 50k to have a great rig. I rattled my Troopy and couldn’t be more happy, no worries, easy to touch up, looks just fine, and you save 10k. And... you can actually use it!!

Glad you guys like build.

It is now running off the gas tank and no leaks so far.

Got the seat rack painted and installed. Seats are bolted in too. I am dragging my feet but the brakes are next.

Placed my wrong year jack in the tool box and the one jack rod into the factory clips. I am missing 1 extension, it's 2 clips. and the jack handle. I am on the look out though.

Installed some of these little clips from a newer 4Runner. I used the factory jump seat mounting holes. They make great cooler hold downs.

Upon tear down, I found lots of rust and dead spiders. Clean up is complete. Painted a few items too. Gotta make a list and order more parts. It's a vicious cycle....but it's getting closer to done everyday.

Nice!

Got the bib and it's parts installed. I need one clear marker lamp lens in weathered condition to make a pair.. I will trade for 2 brand new orange ones or just pay.

Jack. I’m on tdy in TX. I’ll have my wife look tonight. I’m certain I have a couple to choose from.

Next project........time will tell. Probably LV upgrades.

In the meantime, I got the driveshafts back and the majority of the brake parts arrived. Going to Tucson tomorrow to visit and buy some parts from Tim Hill. Then to another friends to help with some wood working.

Brakes are installed. Still need to adjust and bled. Driveshafts are bolted in and slightly tested. With the truck up on jack stands, I ran the motor and went thru all the gears. Everything seems good.

Well, I just realized I installed the front shaft the wrong way......lol. Guess I will swap it tomorrow.

Picked up a tire carrier and a set of old style front motor mounts yesterday.

FSM shows the slip yokes toward the transfer. But @FJ40Jim has stated in his build that he likes them pointing down so they will drain if water crossing. I guess YMMV unless someone has verified otherwise. Did you build new wire harness (front)?
