Popped the makers off and they contacts were halfway corroded. I surprise here.

This is a simple way to reuse the ARB orange lens and plastic light housing.
Took less that 15 mins to complete mod. (Spent more time posting this).
Found a LED light on amazon. $15
Check this out: KAWELL Universal mini Light Bar Bumper DRL Fog Light
There's a 10 LED version too, but it's too long. This one is surprising bright. I might try the long one as reverse lights or under hood lights.
Step 1.
Remove the orange lens and pull the plastic housing out.
Step 2.
Remove the tin foil bulb reflector and pull the wire through the grommet.
Step 3.
Since the LED marker light is a touch long. I just cut a Notch in the housing so it would fit. Mark the housing about halfway up, on the side opposite the wire grommet.
The width of the notch is a scooch over the width of the black casing on the LED.
I cut it with a bandsaw. Doesn't even have to be pretty.
step 4.
Feed the LED wire into the grommet.
Press the black casing into the notch. Push the other end down till it sits on the grommet. It bows the house a tad, but whatever.
The magic. It's pretty much locked in place. No additional fasteners needed. Though you could if you wanted too.
Step 5.
Reassemble housing and orange lens back in bumper. Wire'em back up.
Done.
Btw. The kawell light looks to be decently waterproofed. There's a gasket in there and the screws came epoxied.
They are kinda ugly, and the quality of the light, while bright isn't pleasing. As you can see in pics, you can see into it and see diodes and wiring, but behind a lens, it's all good.
