13b-t intake manifold. Mod for intercooler. (1 Viewer)

Hi All,
I have a 13b-t on my BJ74 and I want to fit a water to air barrel intercooler, but the path from turbo to the intake is too short. I've noticed that the 14bt intake manifold would allow more distance to the turbo to fit the piping. Does anyone know of the 14bt intake manifold will fit the 13bt? Or are there other suggestions as to a work-around?

Honestly, your probably better off continuing to look for the right intercooler, or even having a custom one made... modifying parts off an incredibly rare engine that they stopped producing 29 years ago is risky business. Or, making a totally custom maniflod.... That would be good too.
