I'm thinking a Con-Ferr would have their trademark "portholes" in the sides. This one may have some I can't see, but they look like the solid SurcCo design

This isn't a bad looking rack, especially for the price (don't know their carrying capacity). I've been considering one in black for my LX: Surco Urban Roof Racks From Everything SUV
