I fully see your reasoning. If I had the ability to have a lower mileage dependable vehicle of that caliber I would probably do the same. Some one is going to get a great 100

Dammit man! I've looked at that thing 20 times and cant bring myself to order it. Would have loved to make a cardboard template of yours before you mounted it so I can incorporate cupholders, and another storage compartment in mine.

I'll say this--when you put your 16 year old in a car and they drive to work in the pouring rain, down the idiot convention that is I-55, it's a good feeling to know they're in a 100. As much Hwy driving as she'll do, I'd think hard about keeping it for her. Or at least selling it and getting a beater 100 for her to drive.

I had a car hydroplane right in front of me on I-55 a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I'd had to slam on the brakes in my 100 in the pouring rain and it was like nothing ever happened. To boot, I had the capability of pulling the car up a steep embankment and back onto the highway.

Or just get her an 80 and it will be slow as s*** too.

I was kind of thinking the same. Its a tank, can be had with some nice creature comforts and speeding tickets shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone removed the rear spoiler on their 100? Well, I just did. For now, I replaced the screws that were holding it down to seal the holes. I was wondering if someone makes kit to cap the holes, or what exactly I should do to cover them.

2017 FJ60 Motor Swap Capital Campaign

#2FMSCC

I've already decided to move the RZR out and earmark those funds for a potential 60 motor swap.

On my 80, I added a metal/nylon bonded washer and a dap of silicone on the roof rack and spoiler holes...stock screws.
