100 series 1fzfe engine rebuild for turbo

I have 2006 manual transmission 1fzfe engine gasoline octane

I start my project to build my turbocharged cruiser with garrett gtx4508r - camtech cams - ferrea valves , valve seat , valve guide , valve seat , dual valve springs , valve locks , titanium retainer , cp pistons , carrillo rods , brain crower crankshaft and more


But i have some problems with my rebuild

1 - about valve shims i dont know what size i should select ?

2 - what turbine housing best for my engine ?

3 - what head studs fit my engine ?


4 - what radaitor best gunine or aftermarket and what brand ?


5 - where can i get os giken tripple plate clutch for 1fzfe ?

6 - any idea about damper ?

For the 1fz you may get more traction in the 80's section here. Most everyone here has the 2uz.

This sounds like a great build! If you are going for big power and don't mind a little slower response which seems like you are since you are using a big GT45 turbo. I would go with the biggest turbine housing you can.

The headstuds can be replaced with Supra 2JZ headstuds, the head and mains can both use the Supra studs.
