I am an RN currently working as a school nurse. I specialise in standing up for those children that have fallen thru the cracks in "the system" and try to make a difference in their lives so that they can grow up to have positive effects on the world. I am probably one of the ONLY male RN nurses in the public school work force in the USA - so I make sure I tell all the kids that I take care of that they can be ANYTHING they want to be when they grow up as long as they stay in school and study - These children all seem to take this to heart and keep on trying to reach their goals - and they will never let anyone talk them out of there dreams - and the smiles and "high fives" I get from them every day are priceless! How cool is that?
