Looks like an AZ (waz'nt me)
Ooohh look at the pic very near the bottom, in it the 100 looks to be tipping to its right side. I see a peek of yellow, which could be OME shocks and it definitly has an ARB Bull bar on it. I but it has the OME lift, and those tires like they might be 33"'s

Even though it's not stock, it's still very cool to see a 100 on the Rubicon! I wonder who's it is?
In the mag it shows a pic of it beat up pretty good. No rear armor and sliders.

According to 4WDToyotaOwner 100's and a Tacoma were provided by Toyota.
Great magazine btw. It is getting better every time. Too bad there are only 6 issues a year. I finish each issue the first day, and then I have to wait 60 days for the next one.
Oh.. it needs more Lexus . I wonder when the first wheeling RX330 will be shown.
There is an article in the Jan/Feb TT about this FJCruiser run...and yes, the two 100's and the Taco were supplied by Toyota USA as support rigs. They went in with no spare parts and came out unscathed (except for the sheetmetal)....Alan, the TLCA Pres got to drive one of the 100's through...lucky bastard.

What do you think of Amando's rear bumper? I know Luke does great stuff (I still can't get over how perfect my 80 bumper is) but I dig Amando's angles.
Jasper showed some interest, and I hit Amando offline on his willingness to build another one (or three). Are you still taking your's to Luke?
On topic, MSN Autos showed some pics of FJs that were NOT blue, and they looked much better IMHO. Transformed the truck (which still looks kinda goofy to me, though it's growing on me).

It looks like Bill Burke guiding and also driving. Yes it looks like an AZ plate on the 100 alright. Don't know if anyone else saw the e-mail from Bill last week looking for candidates that would be interested in driving the FJ and travelling around, to be hired by Toyota, to assist them with their new soon to be marketing effort for the FJ? It is a 10-month full time assignment.

IIRC Joe Bacal told me that those particular units were early 100's that never were for public consumption, so to speak, and in fact will one day be sent to the crusher because strictly speaking they are legally not allowed to be sold to the public.
Something like that. maybe that's why no one cared if they got beat up. Not sure. I'll try and find out.
