OK gurus, I picked up used Tundra, school me on my rig-mainly what type of LSD do I have? Gear or clutch?
2006 Tundra double cab 4x4 TRD

Clutch. Pick up some Bilstein 5100 adjustables, and you'll be loving life.

Certainly no guru, but I must say my Tundra has been the best truck I've ever owned, and it's now the vehicle I've put the most mileage on. Good shocks, good tires and drive it.....

I am loving this truck so far. Great power (never had a V8 before this) smooth ride, comfortable interior. Quite an upgrade from the FZJ 80.

Get some 5100s, Hellwig rear sway bar, poly front sway bar bushings, and poly steering rack bushings...then you'll be totally hooked. If you like the ride and drive now, that setup improves it 100%.

I sure liked my 05 Tundra TRD... fit and ride was great... just the stops at the gas station is where it hurt and trying to park the dbl cab in the city.
Remember that 4.7 L is an interference engine with a timing belt and there was a recall on lower ball joints.. so if it ever feels tough to turn or something odd up there be careful as the odd one has let go.
