Trying to help my brother out as he wants to go with 33's on his 2006 DC Tundra.
He plans an just doing a 2" leveling lift and wants to know if 33's will fit. I thought the tall/skinny 255/85/16 might be a good choice because they are only 10.5" wide instead of a 12.5" wide 285/75/16. Are these 255's a good choice for a 2" lift?

Thanks,

Derrick

level with Bilstein 5100 strut, not a spacer.

I had them, set on 4th notch and I ran 285/75/16s on my '04 with no problems, I just had to shave 1/4" of plastic off the inside of my bumper. Well worth it, great strut as well.

I think 255s would look too skinny on a full size rig, I'm sure they'd perform just fine.
