Hi
I’m clearing out the last of my Landcruiser bits. I have a pair of rust free rear doors for a 7x series. Hinges and other hardware are not included. The doors are in excellent condition and would be perfect for a restoration or modification so that you can run with the top off your 73/74...
I’m selling my '89 74-series, which I have owned for the past 3 years. It was imported by Outback Imports, and has been a problem-free daily driver since I purchased it. The body and interior are both in excellent condition (no rust, and nominal interior wear), and there are no mechanical...
I have the original wheels and tires from my 89 BJ74 sitting in the shed. I posted them on the sale page; however, I have not received a single reply. I'll let them go for any reasonable offer ... or interesting trade (i'm looking for a stock steering wheel, a head rest, or the step panels for...
Hey
I have recently installed a kit into my clutch master, and just wanted to let those Canadian BJ74 owners know that the clutch master kit for an 87 BJ70 is identical to the 89 BJ74. The part number is as follows:

For your information
Hello
I have 5 OEM wheels for sale. They are aluminium alloy, in good condition, fitted with Yokohama Geolander A/Ts (31X10.5). The wheels are oxidized a bit; however, they can be cleaned-up very easily.
These are the wheels that came with my BJ74, they are 15X7 with 0 offset (3.5"...
My intention was to modernize the look of my 74. So, I removed the stripes, colour-matched the top to the rest of the truck, and painted all the chrome in a satin black. I think that it looks pretty good; however, there are a couple of lessons learned here. I now understand why Toyota paints the...
Hi
Just checking out the turbo on my 13B-T, and found that the actuator/waste gate valve appear to be seized. (the part that is indicated by the screw driver in the attached pic).
Any ideas on how to get this thing moving again?
Thanks
Mike
Hey
I’ve just purchased a set of 33x12.5x15 Trxus Tires for my 74; and, I am having a difficult time deciding what to do about wheels. The fellow at the shop is telling me that I have to go with a 15x10 wheel with 0 offset. I’m thinking that I can get away with a 15x8. Also, I’m still up in...
Hello
I have purchased a set of Terrain Tamer springs for my BJ74. Unfortunately, they didn't come with any instructions. Before I apply torque to anything, I would like to be sure that I haven’t installed these springs backward or something. Attached below is a picture of the spring on the...
Hey
I have just received delivery of a BJ74 last Thursday; and so far I am very impressed with it (compared to my old 40-series). However, when I was test-driving it, I noticed a faint audible alarm that would sound when I was doing > 105 km/h. All the gauges looked good, and the alarm was...
Hello
Regarding the European LJ 70/73 (Landcruiser II), are there lift kits (OME, Ironman, etc) that would provide a moderate (2 - 3 inch) lift?
Does anyone have experience with these vehicles? Specifically, I was wondering about the 2L-T engine and the coil suspension.
Thanks
Mike
Hi
I have finally saved enough money to purchase a turbo for my 3B. After doing quite a bit of research, AXT seems to provide the best overall performance and reliability. Does anyone know who might stock these kits in Canada.
Thanks
Mike
Hello
I know that i have seen them somewhere; however, i can't seem to find them anymore. I am looking for a source for widened stock wheels for my 40.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Mike
I have been trying to get an aftermarket filter (like K&N) for my truck; however, i'm having difficulty finding a part number for a filter of this type for a 81 BJ40 (3B).
Any info on an available filter for this application would be appreciated ...

Another 3B question
Has anyone installed an oil cooler on their 3B. If so, what type, how did it hook up, and did it help to maintain the oil pressure when the engine is hot???
Thanks in advance
Mike
I have just installed a second battery box in my 40 with the intent of installing a second (auxiliary) battery. I am wondering about the best way to wire this up.
I noticed an auxillary battery kit on the Man-a-fre page; however, it seems a bit expensive for me.
I am looking for a way to...
I have just received the "Geoff Walsh" cylider head for my 3B, and I have a couple of questions before I install.
He head came with a list of hints and suggestion regarding proper fitting. These instructions seem quite straight forward except for the following:
1. The list of hints states that...
Well, I guess I was warned ... I have replaced the head gasket on my 3B; however, it didn't seem to solve the problem completely.
When I started the engine, it ran fine with clean exhaust up to running temperature. Everything seemed to be perfect until I shut it down and restated it. When...
