Hey everyone, my desmogged '87 FJ60 developed a leak in the Holley carb, appears to be coming from the accelerator pump and/or below the float bowl area. Any brake master cylinder and booster replacement recommendations?

Just curious if anyone could share some advice on which, moderately priced, BMC and Booster to get for my ‘87. I am not interested in changing out the brakes or lines, my mechanic said everything aside from the master cylinder and booster were in great shape.

    What is this? 2F engine

Should this be hooked up to something? I cleaned a bit under the hood a few months ago and noticed this filter on the end of this hose was clogged. I cleaned and degreased it and put it back in place but I haven’t see a 2F with a similar part. The PO had changed the carb to a Holley and I assume...

    Gauges in dash help.

Hey all, My oil and water gauges are off set in the dash. For example, my oil gauge starts at about 1/4 from L and goes up to 3/4 once warmed up. And My water goes up to about an 1/8 and fluctuates between that and low, once warmed up. I'm sure something is off and needs to be replaced but...

Questions about Holley Carb with Downey intake

Hey everyone, I hope all of your projects have been going well being that most of us have been spending our time wrenching away at our Cruisers. New FJ60 owner with a question about wheel/tires

Hello world, I just pick up a '87 FJ60 out here on Oahu. The body is rough but only has 106k miles. I have been reading this forum the past few weeks on where to start to get it into a shape I am happy with. The car had a really clean interior and runs great, so I began looking at different...
