After putting the truck back together f/ a rebuild in the fall, I couldn’t get the A/C to work. AC blew ice cold before tear down.
Here’s where I’m at: new compressor / clutch, after market dryer relocate, new condenser, system purged and charged at local AC shop. They dicked around with it...

New OEM lower arm bush for FZJ80. Going a different route and am just going to use correction bushings. All four are yours for $160 plus flat rate box.

Connects just forward of fuel inlet pipe f/ tank to filter.

So trying to get this all out back together. Pic I had taking it apart had the holder right above the engine mount. Now that I have a new harness and there’s no plastic connector do-dad, it’s apparent it doesn’t go here. Any ideas where it does?

Uhm….this doesn’t look right and the instructions explicitly state rivets should be clear of the block face.
Looks like the bottom of the head may be indented such that it won't come in contact with the head / be under pressure but Id rather not test fit it blindly.
Anyone else seen this?
The OEM 1/2" constant tension spring clamp (87124-60070) wont fit over the thicker 1/2" Gate Green Stripe hose no matter how sweetly I talk to it (bottom hose in pic). 15/16" from McMaster are a 6 week lead time....

Replacing some heat soaked wiring while the engine is out. Anyone know what these pins are and a source for them? Narrow end (right) goes to the main harness fuel injectors. Wide (left) goes to fuel relay in the fuze box.
