Intake side wire harness holder? (1 Viewer)

So trying to get this all out back together. Pic I had taking it apart had the holder right above the engine mount. Now that I have a new harness and there’s no plastic connector do-dad, it’s apparent it doesn’t go here. Any ideas where it does?

All of the do-dads on the new harness have a home in a mount. This is the only lonely one.

Pretty sure that is a spot to clip down your power lead to the starter.
