I used this guy to do the front 2 seats in my Avalon about a year ago. He sewed the new covers and installed. Ran about $400 for the pair. I bet her would do install only for less than that. I don't have a number, but this is where is shop is located. I think his name is Tony.

Any of them can be run individually. Obviously they are designed to be used together and work best in that scenario. Just depends on your intendend use.
That's essentially what the stock design already has with the big bushing on the passenger side. I ended up re-using my whiteline bushing for that one and used the OE bushings for the other two.
I don't remember using any RCA cables at all. You are essentially using direct wiring from the headunit to each speaker individually.
I ran 4x -/+ from the leads on the headunit to the amp location and then took the output wires from the amp and connected them directly to the headunit.

When bypassing the amp, I wired each speaker individually. I located the wires (-/+) for RF, LF, RR, LR and ran wires from where they connected at the amp straight to the headunit.
