I have my 67 Stout on consignment at Trollhole's Cruisers in Greer, SC, and I am ready to sell. Price is $12,000.00. Marshall, owner of Trollholes, has full authority to cut a deal and sell. Marshall was able to fix a number of mechanical issues that I had no idea how to resolve and it is...
1967 Stout, 200k + miles (actual unknown), all original down to the wheels (as much as I could, hubcaps are aftermarket).
$13,500.00, near Asheville, NC.
Recent work includes carb rebuilt by Trollhole, new timing gears, new starter, points, fuel pump, etc. Also completed a "bed off"...
Here is the problem: 67 stout (3rb, 4cylinder, 1900 cc, single barrel, points) conked out while driving. The carb glass front was empty and filter a wee dirty (glass filter housing, replaceable filter). Plenty of gas in tank. Field cleaned filter, replaced, used hammer on mechanical fuel...
Sort of cruiser related (it will ride atop a cruiser):
I have been wanting to do some week-long river or sound trips, and have been thinking about buying a touring or sea kayak. (I already have 2 whitewater, 1 tandem, and one sit on top). Looking at a Perception Essence 17 or Carolina 16...

Determined that I need @ 9 quarts of synthetic 75-90 to do front and rear diffs and transfer case on 6MT. Priced Mobil 1 75-90 at @ $11 per quart at Advance Auto. Napa had Valvoline at about the same price. Could not find gallons. What gives?
The NAPA dealer suggested I consider WYNN'S...
Ok, I Know . . . but, apparently, you can't PM pictures, so here are a few I took of mutual friends with Tennessee Parks during BRAT in 2007.
Jay, MelloYellow, and I had an impromptu UC mountains meeting (3's a quorum, right?) Saturday, discussed old LCs, smoked some cigars, and swapped parts...
I just got through reading the OBX trip report for ONSC in TT. That is precisely the type of trip I've been looking to do. (When I go to the outerbanks by myself, I hesitate to drive the beach alone as I know, eventually, I'm going to get stuck with the tide coming in).
Sure would be nice...
In the last 6 months, I have been selling cruisers, buying and reselling a Lexus, and finally got what I've been wanting. Picked it up today at Toyota of Knoxville, 6 spd. (I know the brushguard is urban blingy, but it came with . . . .)
Hey guys,
Here is a link to my for sale posting on the main board. This should go even faster than my 62, which was gone in less than 2 weeks.
I think it is a good deal on what has been a great truck! I hate to see it go - - but I have run out of room and my good samaritan neighbor is...

Not affiliated, just browsing around, and saw what looks like a nice 40th anniversary edition in Charlotte. Cars.com: 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser
Extensive carfax report in that listing, and looks like the vehicle was well maintained (accident reported one month after initial lease/purchase)...
Saw a great 62 off of Masonboro Loop road and stole a couple of quick pics!
Last Pic is of the little one on the way back from Wilmington. Either my driving or something she saw didn't make her very happy.
Member? ONSC? Enjoy
Wife took the 2000 100 to dealer yesterday for express lube. They overfilled the brake reservoir and there was about 2 oz's of brake fluid on the garage floor this morning and the VSC ABS lights came on. The drip line goes over the top of the reservoir, crosses some wires, down the inner...
