Our cigar sponsor, David Barnes, just bought his first new cruiser . . . Steelies rule!

Nothing like getting a cruiser on a snow day! As far as dents, he put none on the last two trucks he had for a total of 20 years' service. But as you can see from the plate, I think he will be challenging this vehicle in other ways when and if the need arises.

Thanks David, I will pass it on to him. I've got to get him a membership in UC . . . and a sticker!

Thanks, boys (and girls?) I'm in and enjoying every minute driving this thing! NO DENTS!!!

Yellow RULES!

Hey David! Good to see you on board! I'll hopefully make it by your store soon to check out your new FJ. I love the yellow!

Thanks again for sponsoring UC - now we just need a beer sponsor and we are set! :grinpimp:

OR WHISKEY SPONSOR!! No offense, I'm all for beer, but whiskey makes a better combo. w/ our current sponsor.

We need some pics once you get it installed. The mustard Machine looks good but needs to be a little dirty and have a few scratches custom applyed. I will try and stop by the store next wednesday to see the truck and pick up some more supplies.

Dave

Welcome aboard mate! Looking forward to meeting you.

Operation Roof Rack

The Mission: Secure roof rack from the wilds of Florence and return target to Asheville.

The Challenge: Do this in one day, with a further stop in Wilmington for lunch. 700 miles, 44 gallons of premium, 2 cups of McD's coffee, and a bear claw.

The Pics: (1) The donor FJ; (2) The Proud Original Owner David M.; (3) The Transport Vehicle, a '98 100 Series.

David - I don't remember the "bear claw" but do recall cellophane wrappers falling out of your 100 when you opened the door in my driveway. AND the sugar high you were apparently on at 8am. Glad I could help our newest member. LOL

Fellow Cruisters it is on! After several trips to Ace Hardware for bolts and washers it's on!!! Now how to mount the 30 cal. and we're set.

Does anyone know if Toyota will let the hardware pack for the rack to come home sans rack?

Thank you Turkeypen...once again.

I will not be able to make it by today. I work day shift Monday, Tuesday and Friday. May stop by Saturday if i get out of the shop some.

Dave
