From a quick search I’d say no. That would be a factory 454 with cowl induction?

This one was a 396 with a vinyl top delivered and dropped off in front of his house at age 15 as a heap of junk. He and his pops had it ready for his 16yo bday. That was 1998. It has had a 454 in it at one point but he’s back to a built 396. Last year was the Detroit speed custom suspension. This years the big brake kit new wheels and tires. He just ordered a tremec 6spd for the next project.
