I have a 65 FJ40. Looking for the passenger seat bracket frame as well as the base and sides for my seat. Here is the driver’s side as reference.

Nope. It’s a 65. I bought this from someone last year and they had the driver seat complete but passenger has the frame missing. That is a 1973 and newer seat.
Does your 40 still have the toolbox on the driver’s side?
Thanks. Mine is 33024. If I am reading this correctly, it should be a 65.Use the VIN with this chart, it will get you close assuming there hasn’t been a frame/body swap in the past.

Yeah, early ‘65. Is that VIN from paperwork you have or off of the frame and/or VIN tag mounted to the body? Thanks. Mine is 33024. If I am reading this correctly, it should be a 65.
YesIn the closeup of your last pic, it looks like the pedastals that go on the back of the seat are welded to the tub. That would not be factory for cruisers that came with bucket seats.
Is your dashboard ribbed?

Do you also have the adjustable seat arm? Here is the driver’s side.
That sure looks like a ‘65 vintage dash, and the frame numbers look like they match your paperwork as best I can tell. So now to Mark’s @65swb45 point - those welded on seat brackets aren’t stock (65) and the driver’s underseat tool box has been removed (the fuel tank cover is also not ‘65). What that means is that you don’t want ‘65 seats unless you‘re going to restore what’s been changed. Looks like someone wanted newer generation seats in this rig, which is great just wanted to make sure you didn’t get actual ’65 seats cuz they won’t fit without the restoration. Looks like someone has done some good work on this rig.
