Hey anybody know if there is a difference in the stock bumpers between an lx470 and land cruiser? (specifically 2001 model year) As I'm looking for one for my lx which seems hard to find. But the LC are more available.

I am not sure of your the answer to your question. Be aware though, that bull bars on some Land Cruiser bumpers will interfere with the LX grille. This is because on the Land Cruiser, the grille is attached to front of the vehicle. On the LX it is attached to the hood.

Yes thank you for the reply. I came across that in my search on mud. If I go the aftermarket route i will definitely research it further.

You need the correct vehicle bumper. I once had a 2000 Land Cruiser with a Lexus LX470 bumper and the front fascia attachment points were different. Meaning: where the bumper attached to the sheet metal around the grille it didn’t line up.
