First off, wanted to thank all the Forum contributors for the wealth of knowledge and feedback that is selflessly and endlessly shared here. It is an incredible resource that is invaluable and feel fortunate to find so many like-minded passionate people. I've been a long time viewer and shared off and on over the years.
My Journey started in an LX450 that needed some love in 2007-08 and the forum guided me through spark plugs, window motors and door lock components saving thousands$$$.
That 80 series saved my life when a young driver in an Acura RDX hydroplaned, crossed the double yellow line and hit my drivers side door head on, at an estimated 50+ mph. Truck flipped over on its side, I opened my eyes, unbuckled the seat belt, landed on my feet and walked out the windshield without a scratch. Needed a few bottles of wine and some physical therapy to take care of the muscle aches. 
So I was now dedicated and grateful to the LC platform- lets try it again with some more creature comforts..... hunted down a CPO LX470 with 40k miles, drove it mainly stock and relied on the Forum for maintenance and the occasional thuds and leaks around the rear brake light
and had a great mechanic for the stuff I didn't have time or capabilities for. Fast forward 2020, AHC pump goes out, middle of covid, hard to find fluid, hard to find a pump and converted to OME suspension, plus bumper, plus tires and it's hard to stop. 
The one constant over 15+ years was always my tire guy........and he would ALWAYS mutter the joke- "that's not a Land Cruiser" every time! Every Damn Time
so I looked for something that would embrace the joke- couldn't find what I wanted and created "I identify as a Toyota Land Cruiser" Window Cling and been driving around with it for 11 months still sticking and starts A LOT of great conversations at the gas station, the grocery store and more.........usually followed by- "How Many Miles?" "I wish I never sold mine!" and a lot more- GUARANTEED!
