Any news? We are trying to get a schedule set in place. Only night that won't work is Friday as UC will be doing the dinner the night of the band. Also if you do a meal you can sell all your merchandise at that time.

Okay we have Thur, Fri, Sat breakfast being served by another club so it looks like you can just wake up find some money, stumble about 50 yards eat a home cooked meal and then stumble back in bed with a full tummy.


I still have Mon-Thur dinner open. Looks like LowCountry Cruisers may be doing a boil Wed or Thur night. So if you have an idea and you would like to make a little money for yourself or the club let me know.

Just to give you an idea of total number of people we are expecting on certain days.

Tues 35
Wed 75
Thur 150
Fri-Sat 200-400



ACC and IPOR are handling most of the events this year. They don't plan on disappointing anyone.

As well Mark from Metal-Tech will be attending this years event. He has also stepped up and is bringing us the new pint glasses with the a new green MT logo on them. They will be available for those coming to The 20th GSMTR 2011. Also we have some other cool things from MT coming for the event.

Who from the club is going out this year? I probably will not be there because of baby #2 and work items. But we need to get a head count going....
