So far I've gathered the heater T's, timing chain, and braking system are major potential issues that should be addressed up front. If the Timing Belt was replaced 15K miles ago, it’s good for another 75K…assuming the water pump and thermostat...

If the immobilizer is working then I would guess fuel pump next. You can test it with a test light but at your mileage, I would just replace it.

The problem is that the factory pump will work intermittently in the early stages of failure. Let it sit overnight and try it again...if it fires right up, it's probably the fuel pump in early stage failure. I just swapped mine with a cheapo to...

I drained the transmission and replaced the filter, the oil was a little dark so it was probably a good thing to do now before the first start up. I installed the driver side shock tower, had to add an access hole for the nuts on the frame inner...

That makes a lot of sense, thanks for the details! I snugged the valve cover bolts up by hand and noticed they were pretty loose. When I pull the airbox next time I’ll do a little more thorough job of torquing to spec.
