That part could EASILY be 3D printed given the general dimensions. Or one could be found at a salvage yard. Check the Parting Out section of the classifieds here on mud, someone might have an otherwise unsellable rear door card they's be willing...
Oof that's what I was afraid of, again it was pictured without it but I really don't want to just stick the guy. I would gladly trade parts or pay someone for it if they have a junked door card laying around by any chance.....
My cursory search on partsouq.com seems to not list it as an individual item. Unfortunately I think it's integral to the door card assembly as a whole. I could be wrong. It's also the case though that my search was '99 specific.
Hello all.
This is Greta, my new to me 2000 HDJ 100 with 600.000 km (360 k miles) on the clock. The car is mostly ok with minimal rust and all parts functioning but it was somewhat neglected so it will need some TLC to bring it up to top shape...
70 Series Meet & Greet weekend was…well a lot
Flooded the truck on trail 64 (use the bypass- be a b*tch) and found a cool double black diamond trail that we can do in built 100/200
Unfortunately the center differential seems to have let a tooth...
Noticed the coolant reservoir was empty, lo and behold my radiator was ready to give up the ghost. In parallel discovered the recent clunking in the suspension. $600 later and she has a new radiator, hoses, and sway bar endlinks.

Didn't "do" it yet, but starting on my 2006. Morimotos into low beam location and Auxbeams into high beam location. The Morimotos should be easy. I know someone has Auxbeams in there, but haven't found a write up.
I've never had anything take that long from Serra, but I know others have. It seems like they are a victim of their own success.
As of right now, the 25% OFF + Free Shipping is up for 10 more days.
I bought for my 2006, part number 90919-02259 from Serra Toyota of Decatur with their 25% off and free shipping was $63 each. I bought on 4/6 and was shipped 5/1 though. It’s only $13 extra each over the Denso, not too bad for piece of mind etc.
Filled it up with beach gear, passed 200k at some point while the wife was at the helm. Took a terrible picture 68 miles late from the passenger seat. A typical LC travel day 😎🍻

Not a lightning guy, but the OEM fog lenses are pretty beat up. Picked up some 3D printed 100 Series fog light housings via the mud classifieds, and some Rigid whatever these are. Gonna give em a shot.
Yah, I would not want to do it in a manual!
Your PSI question........I had beat up my sidewalls pretty well on Porcupine and Hotel Rock so I left them up around 20 for the rest of the trip on trails. Normally, I'll dip into the middle teens.
*And/or the main ECM and a couple of sensors. Unfortunately an exact, singular culprit was not conclusively established.
By the time I got it fixed, I was willing to throw anything at it. The ECM allowed temporary reprieve, (old one was...
Changed all 8 spark plugs on my 2006. First time for me doing a spark plug job so I was definitively a little stressed but it all went well!
Plugs had probably not been changed in a long time they looked really worn.
