Haha. The truck didn’t move that much! But yeah that was it for her. No hesitation. Outside the truck in 2 seconds flat! Good times.

Zero warning. Normal everything then lost all voltage.

Toad had a rough week after rolling 210k. Alternator died and when replacing that found a leaky heat exchanger. She’s all buttoned back up now, and hopefully well on her way to 300k.

My alternator failed earlier this week. 2011 with 210k miles. No warning.

Took about 10 days, sat in US customs for half that time.

Or both. Or move to somewhere where the thieves are actually scared of the consequences. Tolerating criminals. adjusting your life to accommodate criminalistic behavior, hoping you aren’t the next victim…No way to live.

this whole thread gives me the sads. Searching for methods to deter criminals from being criminals. I can think of a few tried and true methods that are highly effective, but they aren’t skid plates and straps.
