I was planning to get rid of my trusty 100...... she decides to start bleeding...and says no.
At 195k she bleeds, I was getting no puddle but burnt smell everytime I stop.
Wasn't sure of the origin but suspected a passenger side valve cover.
It was a surprise how loose tne bolts were...

So after having a giant pile of poop under the intake by a mechanic, I was still troubled by the lingering nasty smell. Sprayed some cleaner and water which caused previous rodent wire repair on wires to fail.
Now I have the whole top open, should I replace the secondary air injection valves...

Bought it stock at 60k. Only changes are Bilstein shocks 10k ago which has been great. I have a second battery setup properly wired to a distribution box by Bluesea in the back for fridge and cell phone charging.
Regular maintenance including full timing belt and etc by mechanic at 90k and 175k...
I have a filter and pan gasket somewhere in the garage. Never got to it yet.
How accessible ate bolts holding the pan? I don't really want to remove cross members and exhaust hopefully. I habe 20qts of WS fluid sitting around too... I habe 4 Toyotas needing WSF.

I am aware of all the above parts but I am trying to remember the ring gasket in the rear where the water goes to the rear of engine on passenger side. I would imagine it goes to heater core direction.
