Update—I’ve torn most of it down. To remove the shaft, it looks like the pin holding the dizzy gear in place needs to be tapped out? I’d have to figure out how to heat then hold it so I can tap out.

For reasons I will not disclose, I’d like to replace the bottom distributor housing. Hah! Has anyone taken a dizzy apart—I haven’t looked at doing it yet but anyone who has done it—any tips? Thanks!

Thank you! I figured they were somehow for the valves. How do I figure out if I need to replace them, or do I just have to remove the valve springs and find out?
Thanks for confirming! Clean gas tank, new lines and filter, good gas flow to the carb and repaired fuel sending unit. One step closer to bringing it back from the dead!
Hi Matt—thanks. I agree—The supply line appears to be coming from the nipple on the tank that is furthest back?
The steel lines were so rusty that I ripped them out and I can’t find my note on which was which, so I’m running with a clouded memory!
