I use a cover to protect my synthetic line from UV damage. But I remove it on longer road trips to increase airflow into the radiator. My cover blocks a big chunk of the grill.

I have had the same issue for years. The double tap on the drivers door lock no longer works on the passenger or rear doors. And no sound from the rears indicating it is not the motors. Unlocking the passenger door does unlock the driver and rear doors. Does anyone know the part number of D 22...

Thanks for the feedback guys After doing some more research I have ordered the Delta control arms with new bushings. Going to stick with the J springs for now to save some $. Will upgrade the springs later. Going to go back to the original nitrocharger OME shocks for simplicity.

Been running the J springs for over 15 years with the L shocks and then 2 sets of Fox 2.0s. That combo works great in the rear but the front setup is trashed. Rear tires are OK but the fronts are trashed. The Fox 2.0s has caused major cupping or scalloping. They can't take the heat of washboard...

Went and checked the stock headlight plug and it looks good. I also removed all 3 relays and tested with a new one.

No they worked for years. Finished a long road trip and stopped working when we got home. On a trail in Idaho, I noticed the low beams flickering over bumps. Whick make me think it is more mechanical than electrical. Thus a switch failure.

I replaced the HCV 1st and the heater worked. Something happened since then.

The fan keeps running at the same speed and continues to make the same amount of noise but the airflow drops.

Having heater issues as well. 96 with 290k miles. Replaced the HCV, flushed the heater system and the heater core, removed the rear heater and replaced all heater hoses. Here is the deal. When set in the cold position and fan on high, it blows a ton of air. When moved to hot, the airflow drops...

Did the same thing years ago. Got out the dremel and cut a slot on 2 sides. Enough to stick a screwdriver into and get a good bite. Was able to hammer them out but i did need to buy 1 new bearing and race.
