Man that sucks, been there done that. At one point we all stood on front bumper to get it to clear after airing tires down and loading interior up with heavy crap. Glad it worked out!

R-12 is 45° not 37° (AN) so good chance you are seeing that.. R134a is going to be O-ring and the Amazon has better pricing for hose kits.. I've bought this kit twice...

Not many people are dealing with Orion’s anymore, especially since you can build a split case and install the same low range gears without all the Orion issues of popping out of gear.

Not currently mounted but these are my original 55 rims that I just got powder coated and those are Kenda Klever 33x9.50 RT tires. I have the "common" 70 series OME lift on my 55 that @gonzopancho referenced which gives you about a 2" lift...

Yep. The arms should not be level because of the gears. The driver side arm should be just a bit higher than the passenger. The window is still solidly in the channel thanks to J Mack’s duct tape trick.
