Finally got around to fixing the factory AC. The vent windows used to flop around. Tightened the hardware behind the access holes and they now stay put.

After 4 years of a few failed attempts! Finally got these reproduced. I've had them made exactly as per original specification ( molded) out of EPDM Rubber.

More paint this weekend. Got a few runs in the paint that'll need to be sanded out and resprayed but overall it was a good day. Still learning how to use my HVLP gun.

I took the winch off and installed a small 4-rod carrier to the bumper. I’m pretty sure the little B engine is happy with the change cause it’s now hauling less weight and the radiator is getting better air flow.

Made an alignment jig, I was 1/16 toe’d out after the axle swap. Definitely explains why I had to hold the wheel on our fine NY roads. Turned the relay Rod about just past a quarter turn. Now I can hold the wheel with two fingers on most roads...
